Seif El Din Abdel Fatah was born in 1954. He is a professor at the Institute for Arabic and Islamic Studies at Zayed University, Dubai. Previously, he taught at Cairo Universityu2019s Department of Political Science and the School of Islamic and Social Sciences in Leesburg, Virginia, US.
